Privacy Policy for Solpace

When you join the Solpace waitlist, we collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to keep you updated about our launch. This policy explains exactly what we save and why.

1. What Data We Collect and Why

When you submit the form on our website, the following information is processed and saved to our database:

• Your email address: To send you updates and invite you to the beta platform.
• Your role (Fan, Artist, or Organiser): To let us know which part of the ecosystem you are interested in.
• Security Metadata (IP Hash): To protect our platform from automated abuse, spam, and bot submissions, a temporary, hashed version of your IP address is processed at signup.

2. How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep your email address on file only for as long as the waitlist is active. Once we launch the platform, we will send you an invitation, at which point you can choose to create an account or request that your email be permanently deleted from our system.

3. Third Parties and Infrastructure

Your data is securely handled and stored within our infrastructure hosted via Cloudflare, acting as our data processor.

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or external corporations.
• We do not use tracking pixels from social media networks to profile your behavior across the web.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You retain full ownership of your data under the GDPR. At any time, you have the right to:

1. Request access to the data we have stored about you.
2. Request a correction of your information if it is inaccurate.
3. Be completely forgotten (erasure). If you wish to be removed from the waitlist, simply email us at hello@solpace.org and we will scrub your data immediately.
